We want you to be happy with your Blossomed purchase! This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item, and how to request a refund or cancellation.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged item received
- Expired product received
- We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items from a promotional sale (unless specifically stated otherwise)
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or phone at +91-9937188550 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Explain the reason for your return and request a return authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the unused item(s) in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.
